You assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy sessions. You treat patients holistically, design programs to restore and enhance physical abilities, adapt to individual needs, collaborate with peers, refer patients when appropriate, and teach patients and caregivers skills that promote independence and productivity. Qualifications A valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master's degree in a physical therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. Eligible Physical Therapy degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated as the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.
