- Licensed dental hygienist
- Open Dental
Licensure: Valid, active State License to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (Required).
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience as an RDH is required. General dental clinic experience is essential.
Software & Language Skills: Familiarity with Open Dental software is a highly valued plus. Being bilingual is also a great advantage!
Core Strengths: Deep knowledge of health and safety regulations (such as HIPAA), an exceptional eye for clinical detail, and the physical stamina required for standard daily hygiene procedures.
Bedside Manner: Outstanding communication skills combined with a naturally patient, friendly, and reliable personality.

Job Description
Comprehensive Oral Screenings: Welcome patients warmly, evaluate oral health history, and perform deep initial screenings to spot dental anomalies, gingivitis, caries, or periodontitis.
Preventative & Therapeutic Care: Conduct precision cleanings, specialized plaque removal, and apply protective treatments like fluoride varnishes.
Patient Health Advocacy: Empower and educate patients across all age demographics on proper home care, demonstrating brushing techniques and providing clear post-procedural instructions.
Diagnostic & Clinical Support: Take high-quality digital X-rays and dental impressions, assisting the dentists in mapping out treatment paths for gum diseases and complex cases.
Sterilization & Operatory Compliance: Flawlessly sterilize clinical instruments, monitor department supplies, and maintain immaculate, up-to-date documentation and patient charts.
