Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long-Term Care (LTC)

LPN Nursing

Schedule: 13 weeks, rotating shifts of 36 hours per week.

Assignment Details: Guaranteed hours: 36 per week.

Requirements:

• Valid LPN License
• Relevant nursing certifications
• Previous experience in a nursing role

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
