Senior Audit Associate

Description Aldrich CPAs and Advisors is looking for a Senior Audit Associate to join our Lake Oswego office. This role will support clients in our Growth Services and Manufacturing practices, including growing businesses, closely held companies, and established manufacturing clients. This is a great fit for someone who wants hands‑on client exposure, ownership of engagement execution, and the opportunity to work with a variety of growing businesses and manufacturing clients. As a Senior Audit Associate at Aldrich, you will act as the in‑charge on audits, reviews, and compilations from planning to completion. You will work closely with clients and team members to perform audit and assurance procedures and support engagement execution. We are looking for someone with strong audit fundamentals, curiosity, and an interest in building experience across different client industries. The current estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000 . You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational goals.
