Position Summary: This role involves ensuring safe and efficient warehouse operations, maintaining high standards of ethics, and providing exceptional customer service within the Walmart environment. What You'll Do Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy and applying these in executing business processes and practices. Operates forklift following company standards and guidelines by safely picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise pallets. Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations, and carrying out tasks while communicating progress and determining ways to address improvement opportunities and adapt to change. Receives stocks and organizes merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers, managing inventory flow following company policy and procedures, utilizing equipment appropriately, maintaining merchandising working inventory, correcting shelf capacities, and completing required paperwork and logs. Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying member needs, and providing guidance and support regarding self‑service technology and purchasing decisions. Maintains safety of the facility per policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations. Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation by zoning, stocking, rotating, and displaying merchandise, removing damaged goods, setting up displays, and ensuring prominent display of promotional and seasonal items while monitoring shrink and security risks. Ensures club pick‑up orders are filled by assisting with picking, staging, and auditing pick‑up orders in accordance with company policy. Handles moves and displays goods safely, tracks inventory levels, controls shrinkage, reports poor inventory practices, and uses inventory tools. Operates and maintains forklifts safely, reports unsafe conditions, and informs management when forklifts are not in working order. Identifies and engages customers needing technology assistance, demonstrates technology services, identifies shrink opportunities, maintains equipment, and resolves problems promptly. Builds a respectful and inclusive workplace, mentors teammates, and acts with integrity by modeling Walmart values. Delivers results with a customer‑first mindset, makes data‑driven decisions, and balances short‑term and long‑term priorities. Demonstrates curiosity, continuous learning, risk‑taking, and resilience to drive excellence. Minimum Qualifications 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification and ability to safely utilize pallet jacks. Must be 18 years of age or older.
