The Laboratory Manager will oversee a department providing comprehensive diagnostic testing for routine, urgent, and specialized patient needs. The laboratory offers responsive STAT testing, with physician-requested results completed within one hour of the blood draw when appropriate. Supported by an experienced phlebotomy team, the department delivers convenient and compassionate specimen collection across patient-care settings while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service.

Reporting to the Director of Laboratory Services, the Laboratory Manager will lead daily operations, staffing, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, budget management, workflow improvement, employee development, and performance initiatives. This leader will collaborate with physicians, nurses, phlebotomists, laboratory technicians, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to support reliable testing, safe practices, efficient turnaround times, and an outstanding patient experience.
