Inpatient Adult Psychiatric Unit.

AVADE/MOAB/CPI training mandatory.

Pt Centered Care driven.

RNs must have experience with IEA/Involuntary status with higher acuity patients.

Restraint Chair Exp preferred.

Team approach Nursing.

Ratios 1:6-7.

Schedules are about 4-6 weeks out.
