Director of Creative Recruiting Content Job Description Summary: The Director of Creative Recruiting Content serves as the primary architect for the Women’s Basketball program’s visual brand and recruiting identity. Responsibilities Lead the creation, capture, and publication of high‑impact photography and trend‑driven short‑form video content for social media and recruiting. Drive recruitment efforts through elite prospect photoshoots (including studio work) and the creation of personalized content for official and unofficial visits. Grow audience engagement by managing team accounts with innovative, platform‑specific content that resonates with fans and prospects. Manage the year‑round aesthetics plan for the program, supporting the Head Coach’s vision and staff needs to maintain a premier competitive image. Maintain professional compliance with NCAA, Big Ten, and University regulations while fostering positive relationships across the university and community. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Knowledge of and commitment to compliance with NCAA, Big Ten Conference, and university rules and regulations, and dedication to the full academic development of student‑athletes. Strong communication, organization, and administrative skills. Physical Demands Requires evenings and weekends. Operates computers and other office devices, moves about the facility and event site before, during, and after events, communicates via telephone, e‑mail, and in person, and lifts up to 20lbs.
