Psychiatrist – Outpatient & Correctional Health
Charlotte, NC | Full-Time
Join a growing behavioral health program serving first responders and low-acuity correctional patients in a collaborative outpatient setting. Work alongside an established team including an LCSW and Psychiatric PA with a flexible weekday schedule and very light phone-only call.
Highlights:
• 70% first responders (FBI, police, fire, VA)
• Flexible schedule | 8a–5p clinic hours
• 1 week/month light call
• Low-acuity patient population
• Supportive, team-based environment
• Focus on quality care, not high volume
Compensation & Benefits:
• $270K–$290K W2
• PTO + CME allowance
• Malpractice, DEA & licensure covered
• Health, dental, vision & retirement match
• Vacation stipend + charitable giving match
Ideal for a Board-Certified/Eligible Psychiatrist licensed or eligible in NC seeking a patient-focused clinical role.
