Quick Facts Location: Cookeville, TN (with flexibility to crossville, TN) Start Date: 08/31/2026 End Date/Duration: 11/30/2026 Shift: Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm (Day shift) Hours/Week: 40 hours/week Employment Type: Contract/Temporary License/Certs: Active TN Medical License, TN DEA Experience: Women’s health, prenatal, well-woman, and contraceptive care Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $66.83 hourly (paid weekly via direct deposit) Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule Medical benefits (W-2) Referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements (when applicable) What You’ll Do Provide antepartum care across all trimesters and manage high-risk obstetric cases in collaboration with physicians Conduct well-woman exams and preventive gynecological services Offer contraceptive counseling and management solutions Coordinate patient care alongside OB-GYNs, CNMs, and licensed social workers Utilize Athena EMR and AI Scribe support for clinical documentation Manage an average of 21-23 patients per shift, ensuring quality care and patient satisfaction Flex to support long-term care needs at Crossville location, with approval from management What You Need Required: Active Tennessee Medical License Active TN DEA registration Board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Experience with women’s health, prenatal, well-woman, and contraceptive care Comfortable working with high-risk obstetrics and collaborating with physicians Preferred: Experience with Athena EMR Knowledge of high-risk OB management and patient coordination About the Assignment This assignment involves providing comprehensive women’s health services, including antepartum and well-woman care, at a leading healthcare facility in Cookeville. The role supports a collaborative environment focused on high-quality patient care, utilizing advanced EMR tools and AI support to streamline workflow.
