Job Description
Perform routine Budget Analyst functions for one or more funds for Irwin Army Community Hospital. Verify General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) information, consolidate data, and prepare monthly execution charts for the hospital Commander and Deputies. Monitor and review the use of funds throughout the fiscal year using a computer with spreadsheet and database software applications programs. Review estimates submitted by departments for supplies, travel, overtime, and award budgets. Assist in formulating and preparing the annual Brigade, Command Budget Estimate (CBE). Provide routine financial analytical and advisory services for the hospital budget for one or more funds. Determine the propriety and cost effectiveness of funding requests.
