Physical Therapist at HPH Aquatic Care Therapy — Houston, TX Houston Physicians Hospital is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for its Aquatic Care Therapy department. The role involves daily patient physical therapy treatment and frequent interaction with patients, physicians, and staff. Responsibilities Physical therapy evaluation and treatment as ordered by prescribing physician. Participate in treatment review, progress, and ongoing patient care reassessments. Educate patients and caregivers. Accurate documentation to ensure timely and correct billing. Assist occupational therapy staff as necessary. Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with patients, physicians, and employees. Provide necessary educational services and participate in facility in-service activities. Collaborate with other team members to maintain a safe and clean working environment, including physical plant, equipment maintenance, and supply inventory levels. Assume any other responsibilities assigned by the department manager (if any). Qualifications State Physical Therapy licensure (required). Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program. Current BLS certification. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and physicians. Strong organizational skills and accurate documentation for billing.
