Required Skills:

Valid LCSW licensure
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience in individual, family, or group therapy
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with specific populations such as children, adolescents, or underserved communities
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
Bilingual abilities or multicultural competence

Preferred Education and Experience:

Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
Prior experience working in outpatient, community, or hospital settings

Other Requirements:

Must hold a current state-issued LCSW license
Ability to travel locally if required
Commitment to ongoing professional development
