Make a difference in the lives of students as a part-time Physical Therapist in a supportive school environment near Sunnyvale, CA. ProCare Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist for a school-based, contracted position near Los Altos, CA for the 26/27 school semester. This opportunity allows you to use your expertise to help children reach their full potential while maintaining work-life balance.
Your qualifications and experience:
- Valid California Physical Therapist license
- Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or similar setting preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, student-centered approach
- Proficiency in developing and implementing therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
Key responsibilities:
- Assess students to determine therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services to students
- Document progress, maintain records, and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
- Educate staff and families on strategies to support student mobility and participation
- Adapt therapeutic interventions for classroom and school environments

Compensation for this position ranges from $43.20 to $73.20. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
