This role leads architectural projects from early planning through delivery, balancing design intent, technical excellence, budgets, and schedules while supporting team growth and client success.• Lead projects through all phases—from planning and design through construction and closeout.• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams.• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, scopes, and work plans.• Guide and support project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.• Champion design quality while ensuring technical accuracy and constructability.• Monitor project performance, proactively addressing risks, changes, and opportunities.• Coordinate with regulatory agencies, contractors, and specialty consultants.• Prepare proposals, contracts, and fee estimates as needed.• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment.• Ability to manage complex projects while balancing design, schedule, and budget priorities.• Confidence navigating fast-paced, collaborative environments.• A client-focused mindset grounded in service and long-term relationships.• Commitment to design excellence, sustainability, and purposeful outcomes.• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.• 8+ years of professional architectural project experience.
