Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough initial assessments for new clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their concerns and history, subsequently developing individualized treatment plans that align with each client's specific needs.

  • Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including solution-focused therapy and cognitive-behavioral strategies, to empower clients in achieving their mental health goals.

  • Engage in collaborative discussions with fellow licensed mental health professionals such as psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and psychiatrists to create cohesive care strategies that prioritize client well-being.

  • Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions, including progress notes and treatment updates, in accordance with both our organizational policies and HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
