A comprehensive health system in Connecticut offering primary care and specialty services is adding a Family Medicine physician just south of Hartford.Their priority is to provide the safest, highest-quality health care and the best experience possible for our community. Our Hospital is home to world-class technology and expert physicians.

About the Opportunity:

• The health system has 11 outpatient practice locations
• Current opening in our 3-physician rural practice site south of Hartford
• Call is 3 times per year for a full week.
• Full age range of patients from Pediatrics through Adult
• 36 patient contact hours
• No night or weekend office hours required
• The average daily patient census is 16-18
• Patient panel capped at 1600
• EPIC EMR
• Option to teach Medical Students and Residents

Compensation/Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary for 2 years, then production-based for high earnings potential
• 5 weeks PTO annually, plus 6 holidays, six sick days, and 1 week CME
