Summary Clinical Psychologist – Behavioral Health Hamburg location. $10,000 bonus available for qualified candidates. Join our integrative and multidisciplinary team at Baptist Health Lexington to address behavioral health needs of patients in Lexington and surrounding counties. Conduct assessments, provide individual counseling sessions, and develop individualized treatment plans to facilitate patient wellbeing and diminish emotional distress. Key Responsibilities Provide evidence‑based counseling and behavioral interventions to address emotional, behavioral, and psychological aspects of mental health. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated and comprehensive approach to patient care. Assist patients in developing effective coping strategies, stress‑management techniques, and behavior modification skills. Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to patients’ specific needs and treatment goals. Administer psychological assessments to inform treatment planning and evaluate treatment outcomes. Document patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in patient care as delineated by the national and state boards of psychology. Minimum Education, Experience, and Licensure PhD in Clinical Psychology, PsyD, or Clinical Social Work. Current and valid KY License to practice Psychology or Social Work. Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated teaching and/or counseling experience. Pediatric experience (ages 6 and up) preferred. Experience with ASD and ADHD testing preferred.
