Client Support Engineer

Insight Global is looking to hire a Client Success Engineer in Boerne, TX. This individual will support a SaaS platform by troubleshooting client-reported issues, diagnosing application and automation workflow failures, and resolving technical support tickets. They will partner with both clients and internal engineering teams to investigate issues, communicate solutions, and ensure successful platform usage. This role will also leverage AI tools to assist with debugging, log analysis, documentation, and process improvements. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a client-facing environment while supporting technical systems and automation processes. This is a growth opportunity with exposure to engineering, client success, and AI-driven initiatives.


Compensation:


$50,000 to $70,000.


Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

1+ years of experience in a technical support, client support, or customer-facing engineering role
Experience troubleshooting applications using SQL
Experience reading and debugging C#, Python or .NET applications
Experience supporting or troubleshooting automation tools/workflows
Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) for debugging, analysis, or workflow improvement


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses
Experience with browser automation tools such as Puppeteer, PuppeteerSharp, Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress
Experience with Azure or SQL Server
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms
Experience supporting SaaS products
Background in asset management, investment management, or financial services
Computer Science degree
