Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - McKinney, TX
Are you a CDL-A driver looking for a rewarding OTR position that allows you to be home weekly with minimal physical effort? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes throughout the South Central region, featuring exceptional equipment and competitive pay. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving while enjoying a schedule that gets you back home every week.
Home Time:
- Return home every week for a 34-hour reset, ensuring you have time for family and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for efficient heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home if safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily handle dry van freight, with 95% of loads being no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This means you can concentrate on driving without the burden of heavy lifting.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings range from $1,100 to $1,500 weekly, based on mileage and performance. Additional pay includes detention pay per customer guidelines, $12/hour layover pay after the first hour, and a safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
Running Area:
- Routes cover Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Kansas, and Missouri. All tolls are taken care of through EZ Pass and toll cards.
