• Location: Clinton, MD 20735 — convenient suburban Maryland location with quick access to Washington, D.C. and the greater metro area

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift Duration: 12-hour days
• Shifts Per Week: 3
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,130 - $2,250
• Schedule Notes: Call and weekend coverage are required

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in cardiovascular procedural nursing or CVOR nursing
• At least 1 completed travel assignment required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Experience with Cerner preferred
• Comfortable floating between Cath Lab, EP Lab, and IR settings
• Strong knowledge of procedural workflows, sterile technique, and patient monitoring
• Ability to adapt quickly in a busy, high-volume cardiovascular environment

Responsibilities

• Support cardiovascular and interventional procedures with a high level of clinical precision
• Prepare patients for procedures and monitor them throughout the peri-procedural process
• Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac cases, including electrophysiology and vascular procedures
• Maintain a safe, efficient workflow in collaboration with physicians and the procedural team
• Monitor hemodynamic status, administer medications as ordered, and respond to patient needs during procedures
• Document care accurately in the electronic charting system and communicate changes promptly
• Provide flexible support across assigned procedural areas as needed
• Promote a safe, patient-centered experience with strong attention to detail and quality outcomes
