Location: On-site | 25 Darlington Drive, Rome, GA
Schedule: Full-time | MondayFriday, 7:30 AM 4:30 PM (subject to change; includes on-call rotations for emergency maintenance)
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of building maintenance experience; working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work; valid driver's license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities
As our facilities maintenance technician, you'll be the go-to person keeping our buildings running smoothly. In this active role, your daily routine as a general maintenance worker will include:
- Repairing minor plumbing (toilets, sinks) and electrical tasks (breakers, lighting, and ballasts).
- Helping with preventative maintenance technician duties like replacing HVAC filters, changing belts, and fixing doors or walls.
- Handling basic building carpentry, prepping, painting, and reviewing daily work orders.
- Safely managing your daily tasks using the proper tools, company vehicle, and PPE.
What You Bring To The Team
- 1+ years of experience in a commercial or facilities maintenance role.
- Hands-on skills in basic plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, and carpentry.
- Ability to stand, climb ladders safely, and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
- A reliable, team-first attitude and great attention to detail.
