Estimator

Langendorf Supply is hiring an Estimator to support our commercial HVAC sales and project teams. The Estimator will review plans and project information, prepare accurate estimates and proposals, and work closely with internal departments and customers to ensure timely, competitive pricing. This is an on-site only position and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience. Responsibilities Review project plans, specifications, and customer requirements. Prepare accurate estimates, quotes, and proposal materials. Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal team members as needed. Identify scope details and potential cost impacts. Maintain organized records of estimates and project documentation. Support sales and project teams throughout the bidding process. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of estimating experience required, ideally in HVAC, construction, or related industries. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
