Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active California PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred. Ability to work typical rehabilitation caseloads, assist with transfers, gait training, therapeutic exercise, and documentation in electronic medical records. Client requirement: must be available to start ASAP and able to commit to a 13-week contract (client-specified). Preferred: prior experience with restorative nursing programs and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift: Days. Shift hours: 08:30–16:30. Work pattern: 5 days per week, 5x8 schedule. Start: ASAP.
