Director of Benefits

Marvin is seeking a Director of Benefits to lead the strategy, design, and administration of our health, welfare, and retirement programs for a diverse manufacturing workforce. This role will evaluate plan performance, manage vendors and brokers, and ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, and other regulations. The Director will partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to align benefits offerings with Marvin's people-first culture, focusing on employee well-being, safety, and long-term retention. Responsibilities include benefits budgeting, data analysis, communications, open enrollment, and continuous improvement of programs to support a competitive, sustainable total rewards package.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead Marvin's overall benefits strategy aligned with business goals and people-first culture.
• Oversee administration of health, welfare, and retirement plans for a diverse manufacturing and corporate workforce.
• Manage relationships, contracts, and performance of benefits vendors, carriers, and brokers.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and other federal and state regulations.
• Develop and manage the benefits budget, analyzing costs, trends, and ROI.
• Lead annual open enrollment, including planning, communications, and execution.
• Use data and analytics to evaluate plan performance and recommend improvements.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Safety, and business leaders on total rewards and workforce planning.
• Develop clear employee communications and education to drive understanding and utilization of benefits.
• Continuously assess competitive market practices to keep Marvin's benefits package attractive and sustainable.
