As an Allied Universal Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, monitor assigned areas, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license that meets Allied Universal driver policy requirements. You will provide responsive customer service and clear communication while demonstrating teamwork, reliability, agility, innovation, care, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response protocols at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, and promptly report relevant details.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, technical areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials to help prevent unauthorized entry into restricted workspaces and critical infrastructure areas.
• Document patrol activity and incidents through accurate reports, and communicate concerns to Allied Universal leadership and/or designated client contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least two years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
