Shipping Associate

Hiring in Willowbrook for the Shipping department! 1st shift- 8:30am-5pm seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to support our Willowbrook operations. This role is responsible for preparing, packing, and shipping custom-built golf clubs and components to customers and retail locations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality in every order.

This position is essential to delivering a premium customer experience by ensuring products arrive safely and correctly.

Key Responsibilities

Pick and pack outgoing orders accurately and efficiently
Verify order contents against packing slips and system records
Prepare shipments using approved packaging standards to prevent damage
Print and apply shipping labels and documentation
Coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.) for pickups and deliveries
Track shipments and resolve delivery issues as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area
Collaborate with receiving, inventory, and build teams to ensure order accuracy
Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment

Qualifications

Previous experience in shipping, warehouse, or fulfillment preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills and ability to learn shipping software
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Standing and moving for extended periods
