Telemetry Nurse (Specialty: TELE) in Lebanon, NH. This position involves working in a clinical environment to provide specialized care for patients requiring telemetry monitoring. The role requires efficiently managing patient assessments, responding to changes in patient conditions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Compact license; experience in long-term resident care, medication administration; proficiency with Point Click Care electronic medical record system; knowledge of memory care techniques and protocols; familiarity with MDS (Minimum Data Set) assessments; operational knowledge of Skilled Nursing, Sub-Acute, and Dementia Units; strong background in case management practices; ability to work effectively in a medical office environment; excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and task management strategies. Additional preferred skills include some IV skills, IV medications, tube feedings, and light wound care.
• Additional Information: This assignment begins on 09/14/2026 and concludes on 12/12/2026.
