Finance Program Manager - SAP S/4HANA Business Transformation

Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Program Manager to support a large-scale, multi-year SAP S/4HANA Business Transformation initiative. This highly visible role will partner with Finance leadership, SAP/IT teams, and third-party implementation partners to drive enterprise-wide transformation efforts across Finance processes while ensuring alignment, governance, business readiness, and successful program execution. Key Responsibilities Lead portfolio planning, governance, and execution for Finance workstreams within an enterprise SAP S/4HANA transformation. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives spanning Record-to-Report (R2R), Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Product Costing, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Consolidations. Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risk registers, and executive-level reporting. Partner with Finance leadership, Enterprise Process Owners, SAP/IT teams, and System Integrators to align business priorities with technical delivery. Drive business readiness activities including change management, testing, training coordination, and adoption planning. Identify and mitigate program risks while ensuring governance standards and project deliverables are achieved. Prepare executive presentations and steering committee materials while providing visibility into program health, milestones, and key dependencies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 8+ years of project or program management experience, including 3-5+ years supporting SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations. Hands-on experience supporting enterprise Finance processes within SAP, including General Accounting (R2R), AP, AR, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Product Costing, and Financial Consolidations. Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives involving Finance, IT, business stakeholders, and third-party implementation partners. Strong understanding of enterprise project governance, dependency management, risk mitigation, and business readiness. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills. Preferred Background Experience working within large enterprise SAP transformation programs. Strong understanding of Finance operations and how Finance processes integrate across business functions. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority while driving alignment across multiple workstreams.
