Quartz Luxury Windows by Quaker is looking for a driven Luxury Residential Sales Representative to lead our presence in the Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C. territory. This is a high-visibility, relationship-focused role selling premium window and door solutions to luxury builders, architects, and dealers that service the Residential Luxury Fenestration space

What You'll Do

• Own and grow a luxury residential territory across Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C.
• Develop new business with high-end architects, builders, dealers, and industry partners
• Strengthen and expand relationships with existing luxury accounts
• Act as a trusted advisor with deep product and technical expertise
• Conduct strategic, in-person customer visits and jobsite support
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience
• Train customers on Quartz Luxury Windows by Quaker products, systems, and innovations

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of luxury window and doors sales experience
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong relationship-building and presentation skills
• Comfort working with architects, builders, and high-end dealers
• Ability to read architectural drawings and navigate jobsite environments
• Self-motivated, organized, influencing, and results-driven
• Willingness to travel daily within the territory
