Day to day as a Member Service Specialist As a Full-Time Member Service Specialist at Zeal Credit Union, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our members with their day-to-day transactions. Imagine the excitement of engaging with members as you guide them through loan applications, ensuring they feel informed and empowered in their financial decisions. Knowledge and skills required for the position are: 6 months plus of customer service Problem solving Excellent communication skills High attention to detail High School Diploma Punctuality and regular onsite attendance Preferred experience: Loan experience Cash-handling Schedule Monday: 9:00am-6:15pm Tuesday: 9:00am-5:15pm Wednesday: 9:00am-5:15pm Thursday: 9:00am-5:30pm Friday: 9:00am-6:30pm

• Saturdays will be on a rotating schedule
