Overnight Caregiver / CNA

Always Best Care Senior Services is looking for reliable Overnight Caregivers and CNAs to provide attentive, compassionate care during evening and overnight hours. This position is ideal for professionals who prefer quieter shifts while ensuring client safety and comfort overnight. Responsibilities Provide overnight supervision and client support Assist with activities of daily living as needed Support safe mobility and transfers Monitor client condition and report changes Provide companionship and reassurance overnight Follow individualized care plans and agency protocols Perform light housekeeping or meal prep as needed Qualifications Caregiving experience preferred (professional or family) CNA license required for CNA applicants Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Dependable, attentive, and compassionate Ability to lift, bend, and assist with mobility as required Schedule Overnight shifts required All overnight schedules available Full-time and part-time opportunities Opportunities to work on more than one case Minimum of 40 hours per month required to remain active Training & Support Paid onboarding and orientation Ongoing training and overnight support On-site support with a Caregiver Mentor PPE provided Continuing education opportunities for CNAs Pay & Incentives Competitive overnight pay rates $300 Sign-On Bonus after 60 days (Must work 25+ hours per week and remain compliant) $100 Employee Referral Bonus Same-day pay available with Tapcheck 401(k) with up to 4% company match Overnight on-call opportunities $175 stipend plus hourly pay if called into the field Benefits Paid orientation and training Paid time off Flexible scheduling Safety equipment provided Employee assistance program Referral program 401(k) with 4% company match Service Areas Elkhart and St. Joseph County, Indiana Berrien and Cass Counties, Michigan South Bend and Mishawaka areas Apply Today #J-18808-Ljbffr
