Child Welfare Unit Supervisor: Lead Case Management & Permanency

Rising Ground in New York City seeks a Unit Supervisor to lead a team of case planners, guiding birth families, children, and foster parents toward reunification and permanency. The role emphasizes expert direction and adherence to high standards of care. The position requires MSW or related master’s degree with 2–3 years post-master’s experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in person in NYC.
