Student Performance Strategist, Alpha - $150,000/year USD

They need a credible mentor whose track record speaks for itself: someone who can assess the environment, establish expectations, and guide them through resistance, drift, and uncertainty. Your role is not instructional. AI manages the teaching. Your responsibility is to inspire, coach, and enforce the same rigorous expectations you've applied to yourself. Forty percent of your time is spent in direct 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions that identify obstacles and establish stretch goals. Another forty percent involves facilitating structured life-skills workshops designed for mastery, not engagement metrics. The final twenty percent is dedicated to setting each day's tone through focused morning sessions that cultivate a culture where mediocrity has no place. The trajectory here emphasizes mastery, not advancement. You begin by internalizing Alpha's methodology and earning student trust. Within months, you become the person they allow to push them beyond perceived limits. The payoff isn't upward mobility. What You Will Be Doing Conducting 1-on-1 and small-group coaching using Coachbot analytics and progress metrics to identify barriers, establish ambitious objectives, and enforce accountability for execution Facilitating structured life-skills workshops designed for mastery by drawing on credible narratives from your own high-level experience, then measuring mastery via Alpha's Test2Pass framework Establishing the campus culture each morning through focused kickoff sessions that reinforce high-performance norms across the student body Monitoring student advancement in real time and refining coaching approaches based on evidence, not intuition Developing trusted mentorship relationships with students and their families through unwavering standards, reliability, and formalized motivation strategies What You Won’t Be Doing Delivering lessons, creating curriculum, or evaluating assignments — Alpha's AI-driven academic system manages instruction; you manage motivation Presenting to a full classroom of 30 students (your focus is intensive coaching in small settings, not large-group instruction) Supervising other personnel or pursuing administrative career paths (this role centers on direct student outcomes, not organizational structure) Attending faculty meetings or working through institutional red tape (your schedule remains student-focused) Compromising standards to meet performance targets (if a student achieves 99%, your task is to uncover what prevented 100%) Student Performance Strategist Key Responsibilities Lead outstanding student motivation, development, and life-skill proficiency at Alpha's most rigorous campuses.
