Contract Manufacturing Production Associate
Supply Source Options is seeking a motivated and mechanically inclined individual to join our growing contract manufacturing team. This position supports a variety of production activities including assembly, packaging, light fabrication, quality inspections, and manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, has experience using hand tools and measuring devices, and takes pride in producing quality work.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products according to work instructions and customer specifications
- Use hand tools and basic production equipment safely and effectively
- Read and use tape measures and perform basic measurements accurately
- Support packaging, labeling, and shipping activities
- Perform quality inspections throughout the production process
- Assist with inventory movement and material handling
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools required
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, construction, carpentry, maintenance, fabrication, or related hands-on work preferred
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Experience using drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, saws, and other common hand tools is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
- Ability to learn new skills and adapt to different production tasks
