Knowledge of and experience with lean tools including one-piece flow, value stream maps, red tag, visual pull kanbanA person that is generally likable and has a high probability of success in the Coherent cultureWorking ConditionsOversee daily operations within a Class 10,000 cleanroom environment, ensuring Technicians and Assemblers adhere strictly to gowning protocols, contamination control procedures, laser safety, and general safety regulations while maintaining high production quality standards.Monitors and manages workforce activities in a controlled environment that requires extended periods of standing, attention to detail, and the use of specialized equipment, while maintaining compliance with environmental and ergonomic guidelines.Physical RequirementsMust be able to lift 10-20 lbs. occasionally throughout the dayStanding for multiple hours per daySitting at workstation for multiple hours per daySafety RequirementsAll employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp.
