Compensation: $37.45 - $48.10 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications; additionally, earn a night shift differential of $2.25 per hour. The nurse will organize, oversee, and execute shift routines within the designated nursing unit, while also monitoring, guiding, and assessing the activities of staff as the designated “in charge” in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. Responsibilities may include assuming “Building Charge” duties as directed by the Director of Nursing or their designee. Provide leadership and guidance within the assigned unit Maintain proficiency in all necessary skills relevant to assigned areas Perform charting, documentation, and assessment tasks Manage personnel functions Participate in various committees and meetings to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration Complete other assigned duties as necessary About Our Community Our center offers a warm environment that encompasses long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, memory care, and temporary respite care.
