Assistant Boutique Manager

Role Overview A brand ambassador to reflect brand image to boutique clients. Attain desired results through proactive and effective use of resources, retail and CRM tools. Prepare business analysis and action plans to achieve sales targets. Assist the boutique manager in his/her role and the boutique’s day‑to‑day operations. Responsibilities Sales Meet personal budgets in accordance with brand retail strategy Achieve Boutiques KPIs defined by Boutique Manager and/Retail Director Regularly analyze and support business opportunities, confirmed sales with Boutique Manager, to further refine future sales projections Lead the sales team to build action plans to achieve boutique targets through elevated client experiences, sales presentations and maintaining long‑term returning client relationships Support the Boutique Manager in exceeding boutique budgets in accordance with brand retail strategy Lead the sales team/ support the Boutique Manager with implementing HQ commercial guidelines Support the preparation and delivery of monthly boutique meetings and follow‑up actions Analyze each boutique visit with the concerned sales member and build action plan for possible conversion/retention Team Management Act as manager‑on‑duty when the boutique manager is absent Identify and share with the Boutique Manager the training needs of boutique members Ensure monthly staff programs are planned and communicated to the Boutique Manager Support the Boutique Manager in integrating and training new and existing team members Monitor staff appearances and behavior in line with company policy and boutique guidelines (uniform, makeup, language, hair, accessories, etc.) Store Operations Management Lead and adhere to all Richemont and Brand audit, regulations and policies Ensure accuracy of monthly (quarterly, yearly) stocktaking and quality control Ensure measures to avoid stock discrepancies at all times Lead in all monthly reporting required Lead maintenance of boutique, front and back of house Customer Experience & CRM Related Activities Support the boutique team to confidently deliver the Lange selling ceremony Create a positive atmosphere within the boutique—optimistic, constructive, helpful, confident, etc. Build accurate and genuine relationships with customers Qualifications Possess a ‘can do’ attitude and understanding for luxury retail sales floor operations Bachelor’s Degree 5+ years of prior working experience in luxury retail management and boutique operations with direct reports Exhibit critical thinking skills and a solution‑oriented approach Demonstrate initiative, conscientiousness and complete follow‑through on all aspects of responsibility Be flexible to change and adaptable in work responsibilities Availability and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, store openings and closings, and to travel locally and internationally to support other boutiques and events when needed Strong verbal, written and organizational skills Have a ‘team player’ spirit and the ability to work well within a group or team dynamic Proficiency with MS Office—expertise in Excel; proficiency with SAP preferred Secondary language a plus Assist with special projects as needed and able to lift up to 40 lbs We Offer Employee wellbeing is a top priority at Richemont, with a comprehensive benefits program for employees and their loved ones Medical, dental and vision programs Health savings and flexible spending accounts available Income protection solutions including life insurance, disability benefits and 401(k) with employer match Paid time off, wellness reimbursement benefit and access to the employee assistance program Volunteer days off to support community initiatives that drive change Expected Salary Range $80000 - $90000 Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Dormont Manufacturing Co
