Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Property Manager to lead the daily operations of a large apartment community. This position requires a strong leader who can confidently take control of a busy, newly acquired property while building a positive team culture and driving operational excellence.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing large communities, preferably senior housing, and has a proven track record implementing and overseeing affordable housing programs. This person must be highly organized, able to prioritize multiple projects, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of affordable housing compliance, Yardi, budgeting, leasing, resident relations, staff development, and property maintenance is required.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can quickly assess operations, implement processes, hold staff accountable, improve occupancy, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional customer service while successfully navigating the challenges of a property takeover.
