Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

$1836.00/week - Job Summary: Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for Medical Surgical units within a float pool. The RN will provide direct patient care, support surgical and medical patients, and ensure adherence to clinical standards and protocols. Responsibilities: Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Troubleshoot and manage remote tele monitoring systems and tele/monitor techs. Adhere to unit protocols, including patient assessments and documentation. Float across various Med/Surg units in accordance with staffing needs and policies. Maintain certification requirements and stay current with unit-specific procedures. Qualifications: Hold a valid state Registered Nurse license. Possess a minimum of 2 years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience, with one year in the specialty. BLS certification (AHA) required; ACLS preferred. Demonstrate proven ability to manage multiple patient assignments in a fast-paced environment.
