Senior Program Planner for R&D Portfolio Planning & Resource Management at Biogen, responsible for developing integrated program plans across drug discovery through commercialization. Responsibilities
- Create and manage integrated program timelines within Planisware across discovery, development, and commercial stages
- Partner with program leaders and cross-functional teams to build and maintain high-quality program plans
- Monitor milestone and activity dates to ensure data accuracy and functional alignment
- Generate portfolio reports and analytics supporting governance reviews and executive decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for activity-based planning, risk integration, and dashboard development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related scientific discipline
- 5+ years of program management experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
- Proficiency with Planisware or similar project and portfolio management platforms
- Knowledge of clinical development processes and key milestones
- Strong data quality management, reporting, and analytics capabilities
- Project management principles expertise and integrated timeline management
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Compensation: $117,000-$156,750 base
