Job TitleLead complex water treatment projects from conception to completion!Job DescriptionAs Sr. Project Manager, you'll guide a talented team of engineers and professionals through every phase—from contract signature through design, vendor selection, fabrication, installation, and startup. You'll be the primary point of accountability to both clients and leadership for technical and financial performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect and coordinate all project activities in partnership with Lead Engineers and Sourcing Project LeadersChampion quality and safety standards across every project phaseEnsure delivery on commitments while maintaining scope, schedule, and budget disciplineManage stakeholder expectations with clients, vendors, and internal teamsProvide strategic project oversight and guidance to cross-functional teamsMaintain accurate project status reporting and financial tracking.QualificationsWhat We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or equivalent field10+ years of project management experienceProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or ability to obtain within 1 yearStrong foundation in engineering principlesExceptional planning, organization, and time management skillsClear, concise communication abilitiesProven ability to lead expert teams and exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations.Preferred Qualifications:Experience managing Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) contractsBackground in industrial process systems (water treatment, chemical, oil & gas, or power)Fluency in French, Spanish, Chinese, or other languagesWillingness to travel domestically and internationally.Additional InformationAt Veolia, we realize diverse teams make smarter decisions, deliver better results, and build stronger communities. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate's knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity.
