Perfusionist

Cardiac PerfusionistMaintain, set-up and operate the heart-lung machine, physiologic monitoring instrumentation and related ancillary equipment employed in cardiac surgery. Set up and operate auto transfusion equipment for all appropriate surgeries. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision, and values of Phoebe. For non-clinical areas, has attended training and demonstrates usage of age- specific customer service skills.Wears protective clothing and equipment as appropriate.Adheres to the hospital and departmental attendance and punctuality guidelines4 year / Bachelor's Degree in an approved program of perfusion technology (Required)1+ years Clinical experience in perfusion to demonstrate competence in the field (Preferred)Certified Clinical Perfusionists (CCP), Basic Life Support (BLS), Perfusionist - Georgia License.
