Feed Mill Maintenance Supervisor

General Summary Oversee all maintenance activities of a feed mill facility. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Monitor feed sampling. Monitor preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment and machinery are functioning properly. Complete all paperwork and reports associated with the mill. Match feed delivery tickets, etc. Supervisor Responsibilities Duties include scheduling, supervision, and evaluation of work as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager. Recommends personnel actions such as hiring, terminations, and/or disciplinary actions. Education Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED). Experience Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of DIRECTLY RELATED experience. Benefits Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment. Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays. 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule. Base Salary range of $69,135 +/- based on experience. Incentive Pay: eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan.
