Provide excellent care, collaborate with the team, and utilize creativity in interventions. Prepare and submit documentation per company guidelines. Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week for Full-Time status. Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical staff meetings and trainings. Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields. Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LICSW/LCSW, LMFT). Experience with electronic health records and effective communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and pass a background check. Demonstrate appropriate boundaries with clients. Additional Valuable Qualifications: Experience in mental health practice. Currently paneled or credentialed with insurance network. Multilingual or bilingual proficiency.
