Boothe's Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electric is a growing residential and light commercial service company dedicated to providing exceptional HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions to our customers. We are seeking a motivated, organized, and dependable Warehouse/Admin Coordinator to support both our warehouse operations and administrative team.

Position Summary

The Warehouse/Admin Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, and general administrative functions. This individual plays a key role in ensuring technicians have the materials and support they need to deliver excellent service to our customers. This person will also assist in parts scheduling and will talk with customers over the phone, so must be able to provide a great customer experience over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Operations Support

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Pull and stage materials, parts, and equipment for technicians.
• Deliver or pick up parts and equipment from suppliers and job sites as needed.
• Schedule parts with customers
• Schedule quality assurance visits
• Assist in supporting fleet maintenance scheduling trucks for service
• Load and unload materials from company vehicles.
• Assist in keeping building and offices clean

Administrative Support

• Support dispatch, scheduling, and office staff as needed.

Do I Have What It Takes?

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Must have a clean criminal background and drug screen.
