NON-NEGOTIABLES

• 3+ years Sushi Chef experience working in an upscale establishment
• Nigiri and Sashimi skills required
• Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sushi preparation
• Excellent food handling skills to ensure safety and prevent cross-contamination
• Ensure proper labeling and dating, as well as holding and rotating techniques for storage
• Clean, organized, efficient operating style
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• High personal and professional standards
• Strong attention to detail, consistency, and systems
• Patience and Integrity
