Throughout your shift, you'll meet homeowners, start conversations about their remodeling goals, educate them on Re-Bath's products and services, and schedule qualified in-home design consultations for our design consultants.You'll spend your day engaging with people-not waiting for them to approach you. Every conversation is an opportunity to create value for a homeowner while increasing your earning potential.What You'll DoConfidently approach homeowners and initiate conversations around the Mobile Showroom.Ask questions to understand remodeling needs, project timelines, and decision-makers.Educate customers about Re-Bath's products, services, and remodeling process.Schedule qualified in-home design consultations with interested homeowners.Accurately collect customer information using company-provided technology.Build excitement, create urgency, and confidently ask for the appointment.Follow proven sales and lead-generation processes while adapting naturally to each conversation.Maintain a professional, energetic, and inviting Mobile Showroom environment.Participate in retail promotions, community events, home shows, and marketing campaigns.Consistently achieve or exceed conversation, lead, appointment, and quality goals.Represent Re-Bath professionally while delivering an exceptional customer experience.What Success Looks LikePerformance will be measured by customer conversations, qualified leads, appointments scheduled, show rates, lead quality, resulting sales, and professionalism.Who We're Looking ForEnjoys meeting and talking with new people.Is confident approaching strangers and starting conversations.Thrives in a goal-oriented, performance-driven environment.Doesn't get discouraged by hearing "no."Naturally builds rapport and earns trust quickly.Takes pride in personal performance and accountability.Wants unlimited earning potential through incentives.Brings positive energy and professionalism every day.QualificationsPrevious experience in lead generation, appointment setting, retail sales, event marketing, direct sales, canvassing, customer engagement, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.Comfortable asking customers for a commitment and confidently requesting appointments.Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.Reliable, punctual, and dependable.Comfortable standing and interacting with customers for extended periods.Available to work evenings, weekends, retail events, and peak customer traffic hours.Reliable transportation with the ability to travel throughout the assigned market.Comfortable using tablets or mobile technology to enter customer information accurately.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay ranging between $18-$22 per hourUncapped performance incentivesPaid trainingFlexible schedulingCareer advancementAbout Re-BathRe-Bath has been helping homeowners transform their bathrooms for more than 40 years.
