Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position requires a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an emergency setting.Perform triage assessments and prioritize patient care based on severity of condition.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.Monitor patients and document changes in condition or response to treatment.Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care.Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.Qualifications:Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency department setting.Current certifications as required for emergency nursing, including BLS and ACLS.Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.This position requires orientation, which is conducted weekly. All candidates must have the necessary certifications prior to starting.
