We are immediately hiring Entry-Level Retail Warehouse Associates (Pickers) to join our fast-paced distribution team. No extensive experience required, just a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.ResponsibilitiesPick and pack electronic devices using RF scanners.Verify orders and ensure accuracy.Label, sort, and prepare shipments.Restock inventory and maintain organized shelves.Move products using pallet jacks and warehouse equipment.Use basic computer systems to update orders and inventory.Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hour shifts.Ability to lift 25+ pounds regularly.Comfortable using computers and RF scanners.Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.Warehouse, picking/packing, or inventory experience is a plus but not required.Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlisle, PA.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $17.30 - $19.25/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
